To return your order you must email us at enquiries@georgerainjewellery.com, with your order number.

You may return your order with us at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you collect the ordered goods. Please provide us with a reason as to why you would like to return your order- in some circumstances we may be able to rectify this for you free of charge.

Your right to return your order with us for is subject to:

1) You notifying us up to 7 days after collecting your item(s). You will then have a further 7 days to return the item to us. Return postage fees must be covered by the customer*

2) The order must be received back in the condition they were received by you in, along with the George Rain Jewellery packaging.

3) The item(s) cannot be a bespoke order, which due to their unique nature, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

Once the items are received back to us provided points 1, 2 and 3 have been observed any sum debited from your credit card will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

If the returned item(s) (including the George Rain Jewellery packaging) is damaged or missing, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.

For all bespoke items please allow 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase for collection from the George Rain Jewellers store, this is due to the unique nature of the item taking much longer to produce. We may be able to produce the item sooner than this, but we will notify you when the item is ready for collection.

In the case that collection is not possible, please email enquires@georgerainjewellery.com.

You have 48 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order, to cancel your order you must email: enquiries@georgerainjewellery.com. Please include your order number, full name, and address.

If you cancel your order after the 48-hour time period, you may only receive a partial refund as we may have already purchased materials, so we will need to cover these costs.

Payments can be taken over the phone or by bank transfer once we have called/emailed you back regarding your order.
